What does Hosting Support Cover?

Our Hosting support covers the following:

  • Errors on your website not caused by the owner (server related issues only)
  • Errors on hosting account (all files are checked for changes before free support if offered)
  • Billing errors
  • Email problems.

We DO NOT offer free support for:

  • PHP/HTML Scripting instructions.
  • Specific problems with using the Sitebuilder. We will give suggestions where we can but do not investigate/troubleshoot Sitebuilder problems in standard support.
  • Problems with the software installed in your hosting environment.
  • Website upgrades such as payment and shipping modules
  • Contacting the suppliers and settings up wholesale accounts for you
  • Adding products/categories to your website
  • Login problems, website or cpanel. There is a fee to have your login details reset if you forget them.
  • Adding images to your website. This includes addons, text, image boxes, affiliate scripts, footer images and extra banners.
  • Free hosting. All hosting accounts must be paid by the renewal date otherwise they will be suspended. There may be a fee for all suspended accounts to be reactivated. All inactive accounts will be deleted after 30 days.
  • Website design change. This includes new header image, new boxes added, new colours or layout. There is a charge for ALL website design changes.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This includes Link exchange programs, search engine submission, configuring your keywords and meta tags.
  • Sub domains, cron jobs. These are available on your cpanel account however these is a charge if you want us to install them for you.
  • Extra boxes (info boxes) on on your website. There is a charge for any new box added.
  • Resending your website information. Please print any emails we sent you and keep them in a safe place. There is a fee for resending this information.
  • Website monitoring. We do not offer free website monitoring. Our servers are monitored 24/7 by our data centre but monitoring statistics or alerts are not provided.
  • Websites not hosted by us. Due to errors and changes that are not caused by us we do not offer free support if your website is hosted elsewhere.
  • Websites that have been resold
  • Server changes for PCI compliance.  We apply many of the configuration settings required for the PCI DSS framework on a best efforts basis but cannot guarantee our hosting servers will replicate the environment required by these ecommerce standards at any given time.

Due to the large number of support enquiries we receive, support issues unrelated to our hosting cannot be answered.

We reserve the right to make any changes, including additions and deletions to these guidelines at any time. It is the responsibility of the client to keep themselves familiar with these guidelines.
